The location is really convenient for access Harvard University.
The bath tab water was clogged. No hair blower in the bathroom.

Staff at front desk were very alert & accommodating. We loved the price & proximity to Harvard Square.
Small, out of date bathroom was a bummer.

The location
i used to come to you few years ago and spent few times there. Now i came back after 5-7 years and insisted to stay at your hotel and i was really disappointed and consider not to come back next time i will in Boston: the price is high comparing to what you get: the staff was not nice and as not welcoming. I was shocked when i realize that i have to pay for parking using the computer downstairs and not having any thing for breakfast. The feeling was that you try to get as much money and save on us as much. Sorry for this poor experience.

Would recommend for a transient stop
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great toiletries, and just steps from the heart of the square made our stay enjoyable and convenient, especially with the really good location allowing quick access to nearby shops and restaurants.
Parking can be tricky, and additional facility fees might catch you off guard.

there was one concierge who made our experience of the hotel services above average. His name is Avidan Attia. He was able to "zone in" on our needs without us barely even saying anything. He efficiently took care of us, including booking tickets for shows for us, directions, maps.He went the extra mile. He was polite, patient and thorough. Very professional- better than the manager. The room service was good, people were polite.
overall, it was a satisfactory hotel. The desk help was average. After Avidan Attia, the concierge, helped us one day, I realized that I can expect better service from the desk. So my assessment of the other desk help went from average to mediocre.

great service but a few things left to be desired
The front desk staff showed excellent hospitality and really went the extra mile to help us settle in while moving my daughter to her dorm. The spacious double room provided a very comfortable stay for our family.
Parking felt somewhat limited, especially during peak times despite the area being safe.

Just a proper fit for a fleeting moment in Cambridge, great for the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind the rooms are small so pack light.
