Reviews of Harvard Square Hotel

David
The room was kept at absurdly low temperature and available with the bathroom and trash from the previous guest, for example. Excellant service, just what we needed.

Very helpful and friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, always provided with hot/cold water and free coffee. Perfect location near Harvard Yard, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and stores.

Unbeatable location, the hotel was clean.

Perfect location for the Boston Celtic Music Festival with my adult daughter. Very clean! Super comfy bed! Easy to get to with friendly, helpful staff and easy parking. Small coffee station in the lobby was a plus. First room didn’t have a fridge but they moved us to a room in the 4th floor with a much nicer view. Room was a bargain in comparison with surrounding places. Don’t let reviews about the showers scare you away…it was great! Would definitely stay again if given the chance!
Do recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel right in the heart of the action. The location was perfect, with the Harvard Square T stop just a stone's throw away. I loved being able to explore Harvard Square and the surrounding area so easily. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I even had a delicious breakfast at a nearby café. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but the staff did their best to accommodate and make sure I was comfortable.

I recently stayed at the closest hotel to Harvard Square for a weekend getaway. The location was unbeatable, with all the restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was affordable yet modern and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated the iron and small ironing table provided. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and attentive staff.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location
i used to come to you few years ago and spent few times there. Now i came back after 5-7 years and insisted to stay at your hotel and i was really disappointed and consider not to come back next time i will in Boston: the price is high comparing to what you get: the staff was not nice and as not welcoming. I was shocked when i realize that i have to pay for parking using the computer downstairs and not having any thing for breakfast. The feeling was that you try to get as much money and save on us as much. Sorry for this poor experience.

there was one concierge who made our experience of the hotel services above average. His name is Avidan Attia. He was able to "zone in" on our needs without us barely even saying anything. He efficiently took care of us, including booking tickets for shows for us, directions, maps.He went the extra mile. He was polite, patient and thorough. Very professional- better than the manager. The room service was good, people were polite.
overall, it was a satisfactory hotel. The desk help was average. After Avidan Attia, the concierge, helped us one day, I realized that I can expect better service from the desk. So my assessment of the other desk help went from average to mediocre.
